Kualifikasi:
  • Education Minimum S1 graduates in the fields of Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications in the field of HSE, such as: General K3 Expert NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the field of HSE, especially in relevant industries (mining, oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implement HSE policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations, international standards, and company policies.
  • Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the work area to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Handle incident investigations, work accidents, or environmental incidents.
  • Develop a workplace HSE awareness program.
  • Compile monthly and annual reports related to HSE performance, such as accident rates or HSE program achievements.
  • Assist in the development and testing of Emergency Response Plan.
  • Provide technical advice to management and project teams regarding HSE best practices.
  • Ensure that the company's operations comply with local and international safety and environmental regulations.
  • Propose and implement innovations to improve HSE performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • In-depth understanding of local and international HSE regulations (such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).
  • Mastery of licensing documents related to occupational safety and health.
  • Understanding of emergency response procedures, incident analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Skills in conducting hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA).
  • Good communication skills to effectively convey HSE information to workers and management.
