Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of work experience in OHS, particularly in ESG management within the automotive manufacturing industry; experience in managing OHS management systems, conducting OHS audits, and compliance with the KLHK PROPER program.
- Must possess a General OHS Expert certification.
- Certifications in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Wastewater Management.
- Willing to be placed at our Plant in Magelang.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HSSE policies and environmental management programs, ensuring compliance with company regulations and legal requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate environmental risks.
- Design and conduct training programs on environmental management and hazardous/non-hazardous waste (B3/LB3) control, promoting a culture of environmental awareness in the workplace.
- Monitor national and international HSSE-related regulations, ensure compliance, and maintain comprehensive documentation of program implementation.
- Prepare and submit environmental management reports.
- Ensure compliance with Safe Working Environment regulations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, regulations on B3 and LB3 management, sewage management, PROPER, UKL/UPL, and workplace environmental testing.
- Basic understanding of business processes in the manufacturing industry.
