Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education for S1 Engineering graduates (Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in EPC projects, especially in the oil and gas, petrochemical, power plant, or large construction industries.
  • Certifications in the field of K3 (General K3 Expert, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.) are a plus.
  • A certificate of technical training that supports the job, such as Confined Space Entry, Work at Height, or Hot Work Safety.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop and implement HSE Plan, including safety procedures and emergency response plan (ERP).
  • Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and ensure risk mitigation is implemented.
  • Conduct safety inspections on the job site to ensure HSE standards are applied correctly.
  • Conduct regular HSE audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk jobs such as hot jobs, confined spaces, or work at height.
  • Raising awareness of safe working practices through toolbox meetings and HSE campaigns.
  • Ensuring waste management, emission control, and environmental conservation efforts in accordance with regulations.
  • Identify the root cause of an incident and provide recommendations to prevent similar incidents.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate HSE principles in project design and execution.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • In-depth understanding of international safety standards such as OSHA, NFPA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Ability to prepare and implement HSE Plan, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), and Emergency Response Plan.
  • Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or other HSE software.
