Kualifikasi:
  • Indonesian nationality is preferred.
  • Experience in oil and gas project (offshore/onshore is preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years for HSE Lead.
  • Based in Jakarta /Kalimantan/All area in Indonesia.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Assuring and advising the senior management on all issues related to health and safety.
  • Formulate HSE strategy & ensuring HSE implementation is in accordance with the type of business.
  • Creating awareness among workforce and management on health and safety policy, legislation and standards.
  • Showing exemplary leadership quality in promoting health and safety with a vision to promote business with regulators and external stakeholders and improvebusiness standing.
  • Carrying out audit and inspection functions.
  • Forming a proactive health and safety manager duties which should have the ability tomeet theneeds of the business for achieving operational excellence.
  • Keeping an eye on all incidents to document and investigate properly.
  • Ensuring and monitoring proper audits across all businesses in accordance with the appropriate legislation and process.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Have good communication in English (for oral and written).
  • Familiar with Inspection, HSE Procedures, and following audit.
  • Familiar with +-SE MS, development of Safety Case, Emergency Response procedure, risk assessment, site inspection.
  • Having strong leadership quality.
