Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education of S1 in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Have an active General K3 Expert certification from the Ministry of Manpower.
  • Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of HSE in the manufacturing industry or palm oil refinery.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in all palm oil production processes.
  • Supervise the operation of boilers, storage tanks, piping systems, and hazardous chemicals to ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
  • Ensure the use of appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for workers in the production area.
  • Monitor work safety in the palm oil refining process (refining, fractionation, hydrogenation, bleaching, deodorization, and neutralization).
  • Conduct hazard identification (HAZID), risk assessment (HIRA), and preparation of risk mitigation measures.
  • Investigate incidents, work accidents, or chemical leaks and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement risk controls for hazardous work areas, such as chemical processing, high-pressure areas, and confined spaces.
  • Conduct routine inspections in the refinery area to ensure safe and standard working conditions.
  • Prepare and assist internal and external HSE audits, including ISPO, RSPO, or ISO 45001 & 14001 certification.
  • Coordinate with regulators, such as the Manpower Office, KLHK, and BPOM regarding HSE permits and monitoring.
  • Ensure all refinery HSE permit and certification documents are updated according to regulations.
  • Develop and manage safe work procedures (SOP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW).
  • Collaborate with Plant Manager, Maintenance Team, and Engineering in implementing HSE policies.
  • Conduct routine work safety training, safety briefings, and toolbox meetings for workers
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Competencies: Understand national and international K3 regulations, such as Permenaker No. 5 of 2018, PP 50/2012, ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil), RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil), OSHA, and ISO 45001; Master risk assessment (HIRA, HAZID), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) in a refinery manufacturing environment; Understand B3 waste management, gas emission management, and environmental quality monitoring according to KLHK regulations; Understand safety systems in the boiler area, storage tanks, hydrogenation processes, and piping systems in refineries; Master emergency response procedures (ERP - Emergency Response Plan), fire safety management, and work accident investigation techniques (RCA, 5 Why Analysis, TapRoot).
  • Additional Skills: Strong leadership in supervising and directing HSE team and operational workers; Able to provide HSE training and socialization to employees; Have analytical and problem-solving skills in handling incidents or unsafe conditions; Good coordination and communication skills to work together with cross-departmental teams and regulators.
