Kualifikasi:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on related field, preferably on Manufacturig Company.
  • Experienced in running Safety, Health and Environmental program in the Company. Strong Knowledge of EHS regulation and standards.
  • Certified as Fire Fighting min B Class. and AK3 Umum.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Serang, Banten.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Supervise the implementation of the HSE program in all work areas.
  • Plan and execute internal and external HSE audits to ensure compliance with company regulations and standards.
  • Prepare regular reports related to HSE performance to senior management and external parties (regulators, stakeholders).
  • Handle work incidents or accidents, including in-depth investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead and direct the HSE team to achieve the company's safety and sustainability targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety, health, and environmental aspects in every operational activity of the company.
  • Ensuring the company's compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations, both national and international.
  • Develop and implement emergency response procedures, including routine simulation exercises to ensure the readiness of the entire team.
  • Develop a strategy to improve HSE performance in accordance with the company's vision and mission.
  • Develop, implement, and supervise HSE Management Systems in accordance with national and international standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System, ISO 45001:2018 OHS Management System, and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
  • Have ability to conduct hazard elimination, risk assessment, evaluation of environmental impact aspects and hazard control (JSA and HIRA-DC).
  • Mastering the Company's emergency response system.
  • Strong Leadership qualitie with the ability to motivate and guide a teams.
  • Detail Oriented and effective communication skills.
