Kualifikasi:
  • Holding AK3 certificate.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or its equivalent.
  • Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC contract.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in the same position at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Create HSE reports and monthly work accident statistical analysis reports.
  • Create monthly K3 performance achievement presentation materials.
  • Managing K3 documents and records.
  • Create monthly HSE campaign program.
  • Monitoring K3 legal compliance reports.
  • Monitoring K3 training fulfillment reports.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiar to coordination for resolution of concerns and reporting to project management.
  • Good Communication, having Good Leadership and analytical, Excellent Problem Solving &interpersonal skill
  • Possess good ability in data analysis and good in reporting.
  • Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks.
  • Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
  • Must be able to work independently or Teamwork.
  • Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
  • Ability to conduct safety briefings and deliver educational sessions on safety-related topics.
