Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education of S1 Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Environmental Engineering, Hospital Management, or related fields.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of HSE or K3, especially in a hospital or health facility environment.
  • Having a recognized K3 certification is preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure the implementation of occupational safety policies, procedures, and standards throughout the hospital.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, medical equipment, and work procedures to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments in the hospital environment.
  • Develop and implement occupational safety training programs for medical and non-medical personnel.
  • Carry out investigations of incidents or work accidents and prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the medical team and management in implementing a safety culture in the hospital.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand the regulations and standards of occupational safety and health in hospitals in accordance with the applicable regulations in Indonesia.
  • Master the occupational safety management system and its implementation in the hospital environment.
  • Possess skills in risk analysis, safety inspection, and investigation of work incidents.
  • Able to provide socialization related to safety procedures in hospitals.
  • Have good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with a high level of risk to health and safety.
