Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor degree in Public Health, Certified AK3U.
  • Preferably experiences as a HSE Supervisor.
  • Willing to be placed in Satui, Kalimantan Selatan.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Supervise the implementation of occupational safety and health laws and regulations in accordance with the field specified in the appointment decision in the company.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the occupational health, safety management system (SMK3 PP 50: 2012 and ISO 45001: 2018) carried out in the company's project environment.
  • Prepare practical guidance materials related to HSE to be conveyed to client and workers.
  • Lead low to medium level accident incident investigation team. to seek root cause analysis, preventive recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Propose HSE programs at the project site and report the realization on a monthly basis to the HSEQ Manager.
  • Arrange HSE budgeting at the site project.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in English will be advantage.
  • Good team work and well adapted.
  • In-depth understanding of occupational safety regulations and standards, including international regulations such as the IMO (International Maritime Organization).
  • Expertise in risk assessment, hazard identification, and HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control) development.
  • Knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures at maritime sites and maritime waste management.
  • Ability to lead HSE teams in the field.
