Kualifikasi:
  • CC:alicefong@gaoyipp.com
  • Minimum Education of D3/S1 from the majors: Health and Occupational Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical / Mechanical Engineering (with HSE understanding).
  • Have a General K3 Expert Certificate (Kemenaker – active).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an HSE Staff.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Supervise the implementation: work safety SOPs, Procedures for using packaging machines (extruder, cutting, printing, laminating), Use of PPE in production areas and warehouses.
  • Ensure the work area is free from: Fire hazards (flammable materials), Chemical leaks (solvents, inks, resins).
  • Conducting daily safety patrols in: Production area, chemical room, warehouse and loading dock.
  • Checking fire extinguishers, fire alarms, K3 signs, and evacuation routes.
  • Provides: Safety Induction for new employees, weekly Toolbox Meeting, Education on chemical handling, lifting safety, and fire response.
  • Overseeing management: Solid waste and B3 waste (solvent, ink, residue), Availability of bins and waste storage bins according to type.
  • Compile and archive: K3 inspection form, Work accident and near miss report, Training and socialization documentation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Supporting Competencies: Thorough and responsive, Communicative and disciplined, Able to make reports and documentation, Firm and cooperative.
  • Technical Competencies: HIRA, JSA, Permit to Work (PTW), Waste and working environment monitoring, Internal audit & safety inspection, Supervision of the use of PPE and production SOPs.
