Kualifikasi:
- Maximum 48 years old.
- Must have a minimum 2 years experience as HSE Supervisor and 5 years experience in offshore oil & gas & FPSO industry.
- Have a minimum of Diploma Degree in Occupational Health o Engineering / Safety Engineering.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinating and implementing Bumi Armada’s FPSO Operation’s Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSE MS) on the facility.
- Promote Safety Leadership throughout the facility.
- Providing, or facilitating health, safety and environmental (HSE) advice and assistance to the facility OIM and all personnel on board.
- Providing an auditing function for internal and external audits on contractors.
- Providing input to the HSE scope with respect to the Annual Training Plan.
- Reviewing HSE matters with respect to the overall technical integrity of the facility.
- Develop and implement proactive programs to improve and/or enhance the Bumi Armada FPSO Operation’s Health, Safety and Environmental safety culture and performance.
- Oversee, with the relevant Heads of Department (HODs), the integrity of equipment for the facility Emergency Response Plan and Oil Pollution Emergency Plan. Coordinate emergency response exercises on the facility and participate in emergency response debriefings.
- Liaise closely with offshore personnel to provide technical advice and support in managing health, safety and environmental issues including hazard identification, and risk assessment for the elimination, mitigation, or control of workplace hazards.
- Participate actively in all safety meetings on the facility. Present Safety Alerts and industry HSE bulletins, etc. from other operations, to improve safety awareness across the facility.
- Manage incident reporting and follow-up on action reporting systems, incorporating the database recording system and statistical reports and information.
- Manage the Action Tracking Register (ATR) for the facility.
- Assist with the maintenance of HSE MS documentation and provide document quality and content control for facility operational procedures and work instructions (which involve health, safety, and environmental aspects).
- Identify occupational health and hygiene issues and co-ordinate or conduct relevant surveys, assessments & training sessions. Implement occupational health and hygiene monitoring programs.
- Advise, co-ordinate and where appropriate, develop and/or conduct technical safety and occupational health training sessions/programs.
- Monitor, record, and report data as required by the facility’s Operations Waste Management Plan and advice on environmental issues and waste disposal programs.
- Identify and request, where necessary, the resources required to achieve the main objectives of the HSE MS, within approved budgetary limits.
- Identify health, safety, and environment issues, and ensure compliance with the company’s specified requirements including any regional regulatory requirements.
- Audit the facility for compliance with the HSE Management System.
- Co-ordinate and compile statistical information for the generation of internal and external HSE reports.
- Participate pro-actively in incident investigations and monitor progress to ensure such incidents are properly addressed and the action items are closed in accordance to the company’s standards.
- Monitor the management of the chemical/hazardous material database and approve any new hazardous substance prior to it being transported to the facility
