Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Make report and Responsible to PTW HSE Coordinator.
  • Monitor the effective implementation of the PTW process.
  • Confirms that there is no conflict between activities and will incorporate all necessary controls to prevent interactions prior to approving PTW for activities taking place simultaneously.
  • Examines the worksite, normally with the Permit Holder, before Authorising the PTW, to ensure that all hazards have been identified and controls recorded.
  • Ensures all prevention & mitigation measures specified in the PTW are complied with at all times during the execution of the activities through spot audits.
  • Maintain a log and ensures that all required document Permit to Work including complementary documents/certificates for personnel, equipment, risk assessments, MSDS and isolation certificates are fully approved and attached to any Permit to Work.
  • Responsible for tracking all permit to work document through the development/ review process.
  • Plans, directs, participates and revalidation in the Permit to Work process including processing applications, and tracking.
  • PTW tracking system is in place. Keeps track of valid work permits and ensures closure of work permits on completion of work. Ensures expired work permits are closed, cancelled or renewed as the case maybe.
  • Working closely with Field HSE and HSE Staff in day to day activities to conduct inspection and audits the Permit to Work System on site and checks compliance with the HSE Management System.
  • Assists with the Risk Assessment process and Site Survey as required and maintains a database of all previously used Risk Assessments so that they can be retrieved for future possible use.
  • Responsible for and ensures strict adherence to Isolation procedures and good practice & ensures no Permit to Work that has an isolation attached is issued without an Isolation key.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical competence in all matters relating to Safe Systems of Work and Permit to Work.
  • Have skills with in-depth working knowledge of SIMOPS / commissioning and construction operations.
  • Fluent English & Excellent in Microsoft Office.
