Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Undergraduate Education (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, or other related fields.
  • EPC-specific certifications, such as: Permit to Work (PTW), Confined Space Entry, Work at Height, Fire Fighting or First Aid.
  • Have a general K3 expert certification.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Prepare and implement HSE Plans in accordance with national and international standards.
  • Manage and supervise the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) for high-risk work.
  • Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and develop risk mitigation measures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and field audits to detect potential hazards.
  • Raising awareness of the importance of occupational safety and environmental protection through campaigns or toolbox meetings.
  • Conduct investigations of work accidents, incidents, or near-misses to determine the causes and corrective actions.
  • Develop and test Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
  • Manage HSE documentation and reporting in accordance with legal requirements and client standards.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to HSE performance, accident statistics, and preventive measures.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • HSE Management: Ability to prepare and implement HSE Plans in accordance with national and international standards, Manage Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and mitigation measures.
  • Understand national HSE regulations (Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Environment) and international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • Able to design and implement emergency response plans (ERP).
  • Familiar with the use of HSE reporting software and other supporting applications.
