Kualifikasi:
  • Male.
  • Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Mining or Industrial Engineering.
  • Min. 2 years working experience in mining industry.
  • Preferably has certified POP and AK3U.
  • Placement: Bangka.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures is in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
  • Identify hazards, assess risks, and provide recommendations for control actions to create a safe work environment.
  • Carry out regular inspections in the work area to ensure compliance with OSH and environmental standards.
  • Supporting the implementation of work accident investigations and assisting in the preparation of investigation reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly HSE reports to be reported to superiors and related agencies.
  • Conduct socialization related to HSE to increase employee awareness about the importance of occupational safety and health.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Experienced with SMK3L, SMKP implementation and good knowledge with ISO 9001:2015.
  • Good leadership and fast learner.
