Kualifikasi:
  • Have a Trainer/lnstructor Certificate of Competency (TOT Level 4).
  • Min. Diploma's Degree from reputable university.
  • Have experience as HSE Trainer for at least 3 years.
  • Have experience as HSE Training Coordinator for at least 1 year.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Domiciled in Indonesia.
  • Placement : Jakarta, willing to travel to various internal locations and within Indonesia, ready to join the vessels in offshore if needed.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Design curriculum and training modules related to safety, occupational health, and the environment in accordance with the company's needs and HSE standards.
  • Organize training schedules for employees at all levels, including mandatory training, refresher training, and specific training for specific working conditions.
  • Deliver training materials directly or through external facilitators, ensuring participants understand HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Measure the impact of training through tests, surveys, or observations, and provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensuring that HSE training is provided in accordance with government regulations and international standards.
  • Maintain training records, participant certificates, and reports related to the implementation of HSE training.
  • Work closely with the HSE team and management to identify new training needs based on risk analysis or operational changes.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Able to prepare HSSE training documents and programs.
  • Able to prepare training materials.
  • Able to design and organize training schedule.
  • Able to design training matrix. e Able to calculate training KPIs.
  • Able to analyze training needs and compliance related training standards.
  • Able to audit and select external training providers.
  • Able to evaluate training, trainees and trainers.
  • Able to make daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Able to teach traininq materials includinq: Confined.
