Kualifikasi:

Degree in Safety or Engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and process safety at chemical industries or manufacturing or FMCG.
Experience in chemical plant process safety management.
Accredited as Ahli K3 Umum & Ahli K3 Kimia is mandatory.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Responsible for facilitating, coaching and coordinating with site managers, site safety committee and site safety representatives to spearhead and coordinate the systematic implementation of the company's policy on Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
Ensure that Safety Implementation Plan (SIP) at site level has been established, implemented and monitored.
Ensure all regulatory requirements regarding Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Process Safety are fully complied by the sites.
Provides support in the roll-out of behavioural safety, process safety, health protection and environmental protection and quality improvement program and ensure sustainability in sites.
Supports the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 and Halal HAS 23000 standards in assigned sites as internal auditor.
Facilitate training and support on critical areas e.g. Risk Assessment, MOC, HAZOP, ERP, PSSR, PTW, PPE, NPI and Customer Product Safety.
MOC controller for Cilegon and country operations, responsible for keeping MOC log up to date and send monthly update of MOC log to Cilegon and country operations team.
Maintain Risk register for Cilegon Site and lead risk assessment sessions as and when required.
Ensure That Safety Impelentaion Plan (SIP) at site level has been established, Implemented and Monitored.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good working knowledge on SMK3, Halal HAS 2300, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards or equivalent standards.
Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Process Safety.
Safety Implementation Plan.
Risk Assessment, MOC, HAZOP, ERP, PSSR, PTW, PPE, NPI and Customer Product Safety.
