Kualifikasi:
  • Male.
  • Minimum education Diploma in Engineering, HSE or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as HSE Supervisor in heavy industry fabrication (oil and gas, FMGC, mill, and power plant is preffered).
  • Have related certificate related with HSE.
  • Willing to move to Nagan Raya, Aceh (domicile at Aceh is preffered).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure that all operational activities are in accordance with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards and related government regulations.
  • Implement security standards to protect company and employee assets from internal and external security risks.
  • Investigate work incidents or accidents and identify the root causes to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents.
  • Provide regular training for employees on HSSE procedures, including emergency response training, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Develop, update, and ensure the implementation of HSSE policies in the field in accordance with company standards and national regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks and develop accident prevention measures.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, such as waste management and emission control, as well as conduct related monitoring and reporting.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Can speak english both oral and written, mandarin is preffered.
  • Have a good attitude and integrity.
  • Can work with team or independently.
  • Understand the principles of Health, Safety, Security, Environment.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of occupational safety, environmental, and security regulations.
  • Have good communication and presentation skills.
