Kualifikasi:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with AK3 Umum certification are preferred.
  • Minimum D3/S1 education in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure compliance with K3 and environmental standards in oil palm plantations and mills.
  • Supervise the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by workers in the field and ensure compliance with safety SOPs.
  • Provide safety induction to employees before working in plantation or factory areas.
  • Socialize HSE policies and hold safety briefings and toolbox meetings.
  • Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly inspections in the operational area to ensure work safety.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Environmental regulations in the palm oil sector, such as PP 50/2012, Permenaker No. 5 of 2018, ISPO, RSPO, and MoEF regulations.
  • Master risk assessment (HIRA, HAZID), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) in plantation and factory operations.
  • Understand the palm oil production process, including the processing of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), boilers, storage tanks, piping systems, and liquid waste (POME).
