Kualifikasi:
  • Min. educational background: Diploma.
  • Have min. 5 years of work experience in Mining or Oil and Gas Industry as OHS Supervisor.
  • Coordinator or System Specialist and function; or min. 5 years as OHS Trainer and function.
  • Certified in: TOT L-4, POP, AK3 Umum, SMKP Implementation/Auditor, ISO 14001 & 45001 Implementation / Auditor,
  • Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • This role is responsible to carry out the implementation of OHS Training program in accordance with designated training matrix plan for all employees to improve their knowledge, understanding and awareness of Safe work practices culture across site so that the risk and hazard of incidents occurrences prevention shall be effectively managed and zero accident objective.
  • To develop and review OHS training need analysis (TNA). OHS Training modules. OHS induction that should be delivered theoretically in the classroom and practical on the ground field accordingly with contents requirement.
  • Develop strategy for OHS training Matrix plan relevant topics in accordance with MCG, PT.BTR/BKP policy. procedure, requirement, and legislation compliance.
  • Liaise with relevant PIC of training program in regard with procedure implementation and requirement fulfilment process included validity, issuing, review and monitoring up to date register of operator KIMPER & KIMPAK.
  • Liaise with HR training and relevant respective department trainer to develop training needs analysis (TNA) procedure, mandatory training matrix plan for all positions in associated with OHS topics that should be attended.
  • Assist in facilitation employee's education through to workshop, training, and demonstration of the right behaviours. Encourage for the safe work practice methodology align with SBC (WeSafe) program at Wetar site.
  • Provide OHS Training topics implementation document, analysis, data baseline and reporting system, well managed and under control in accordance with department or organization need, requirement and procedure.
  • Verify the implementation of the safety training method is appropriately delivered to the employees with qualification outcome as per company standard.
  • Provide advice, leadership, motivation, and assistance to Site Management to improve the BTR/BKP OHS Training management systems and programs implementation.
  • Evaluate the outcome, feedback addressed to effectiveness of OHS Training topic implementation and provide corrective action should be taken for continuous improvement to meet with quality objective.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Well communicate in english, both oral and written (will be validated through interview).
  • Computer literate, good interpersonal skill, teamwork, creative, hardworking.
  • Carry out the OHS training program and maintain the programs that related with all leaders, such as: Plant Supervisory Skill development program, Operation Supervisory Skill development program, Supervisory Safety Training program, POP & POM Training + Competency Test by Mine Inspector.
  • To conduct the awareness training and familiarization implementation for M-Safe (SBO, TAHAN, Hazard Report, Incident, audit, CAR), CRM, LOTO, SDR, Induction, etc to nominated personnel at all Wetar site.
