Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education Vocational School/D3 education in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Environment.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in WTP operation and maintenance, preferably in the processing industry (refinery, F&B, energy).
  • Have Certification or training in the field: Industrial Clean Water / Wastewater Treatment, Chemical Handling & Dosing System, Basic Maintenance Pump, Valve, Piping.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Operate the clean water treatment unit safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine inspections, filter cleaning, backwash, cartridge replacement, and maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, and control panels.
  • Ensure water treatment results are in accordance with industry and environmental standards.
  • Ensure the use of PPE when handling chemicals or pressurized equipment.
  • Keeping the WTP area clean, safe, and free from potential hazards (chemical spill, slip area, etc.).
  • Coordinate with utility, QC, and engineering teams regarding water and maintenance needs.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiar with filtration systems (multimedia, sand, carbon), RO, softener, dosing pump, and automatic control system (PLC/SCADA).
  • Able to work independently or in a team (shift system).
  • Understand the importance of quality assurance and environmental compliance.
  • Able to read P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) and WTP operational SOPs.
