Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education D3 Nursing (Ners).
  • Have an active Registration Certificate (STR).
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a paramedic or medical personnel in the mining, petroleum, or high-risk work environment is preferred.
  • Have a valid emergency training certification (BTCLS/ACLS/First Aid).
  • Healthy physically and spiritually.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Carry out health services to employees in accordance with the company's operational standards.
  • Handle medical emergency cases in the field.
  • Conduct routine health checks for employees (periodic medical check-ups).
  • Provide first aid in work accidents (P3K) and carry out initial medical measures before referral to more complete health facilities.
  • Record, report, and medical documentation according to company procedures.
  • Ensure the availability and feasibility of medical equipment and medicines in field clinics.
  • Educating employees about occupational health and occupational accident prevention measures.
  • Coordinate with the occupational safety team (HSE) in handling medical incidents in the work area.
  • Assist in the implementation of the company's occupational health and safety program.
  • Ensure the implementation of health protocols in the work environment in accordance with company policies.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand medical handling procedures at the field work site.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
  • Have good communication skills and be able to make quick decisions in emergency situations.
