Kualifikasi:
- Minimum education D3 Nursing (Ners).
- Have a valid Registration Certificate (STR).
- Minimum work experience of 0-1 year as a paramedic or medical personnel (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Having a basic emergency training certification such as BTCLS or First Aid is a plus.
- Healthy physically and spiritually.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide basic health services to employees at the workplace.
- Assisting senior paramedics in handling medical emergencies.
- Providing first aid in work accidents (P3K) in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Conduct simple health checks on employees.
- Record and report medical events neatly and on time.
- Maintain the availability and feasibility of medical equipment and medicines in field clinics.
- Participate in health education activities for employees.
- Working with the Occupational Safety Team (HSE) in supporting occupational health and safety programs.
- Comply with the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that apply in the company related to medical services.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Understand the basics of medical care in the work environment.
- Have good communication skills and be able to work in a team.
