Kualifikasi:
  • Have a general K3 expert certificate.
  • Minimum education S1 Public Health/Environmental Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Environmental K3.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Obtain reports every month regarding the inspection.
  • Holding briefings and instructions every day to HSE Officers, Man/Staff.
  • Coordinating safe work permits / work permits has been carried out in each work unit.
  • Ensure that all workers are aware of the importance of wearing Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Ensure, inspect and conduct monthly inspections regarding the feasibility and readiness of PPE and occupational safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, P3K, etc.
  • Ensure that safety signs at the work site have been installed properly.
  • Providing training to workers such as the use of fire extinguishers, P3K, Emergency Response, etc.
  • Monitoring the implementation of SOPs has been carried out well by all employees.
  • Create a program to minimize B3 Waste so that it is properly accommodated.
  • Providing B3 waste storage for each work unit.
  • Reprimanding and sanctioning workers who violate the occupational safety and health (K3) regulations that have been set.
  • Implement and create HSE Meeting programs every month.
  • Holding and leading emergency simulations every month so that when an actual emergency occurs, it can be anticipated.
  • Regular inspections of the impact and hazards on the work carried out.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Can operate MS. Office.
  • Have a leadership spirit in the team.
  • Have good knowledge in Safety & Health Management, Operational Safety, Safety & Health Management, Emergency Management and Safety Operation.
