Kualifikasi:

Minimum 10 Years of Experience.
Bachelor (S1) or equivalent in Engineering or Occupational Safety & Health or a minimum graduate of a non-Engineering S1/equivalent or a minimum of a D3 engineering graduate.
Work experience in the field of K3LL, preferably if you have experience in the oil & gas field.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct training to on-site rig workers on the HSSE program, including monitoring, safety checks, incident investigation and review programs.
Develop and facilitate HSSE training to improve HSSE competence and implementation of company regulations.
Has the authority to stop the execution of work in the event of unsafe conditions in its implementation.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Have the ability to operate a PC well, familiar with Excel, Ms Word and Power Point.
Have an understanding of HIRA, JSA and safety standards/procedures/best practices in K3.
