Kualifikasi:
  • Male/Female.
  • Education min D3 in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Experience min 3 years in same field.
  • Certification in relevant SHE/HSE/EHS standards is preferred.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Reprimanding and sanctioning workers who violate the occupational safety and health (K3) regulations that have been set.
  • Ensure that all workers are aware of the importance of wearing Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Ensure, inspect and conduct monthly inspections regarding the feasibility and readiness of PPE and occupational safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, P3K, etc.
  • Ensure that safety signs at the work site have been installed properly.
  • Providing training to workers such as the use of fire extinguishers, P3K, Emergency Response, etc.
  • Monitoring the implementation of SOPs has been carried out well by all employees.
  • Regular inspections of the impact and hazards on the work carried out.
  • Implement and create HSE Meeting programs every month.
  • Coordinating safe work permits / work permits has been carried out in each work unit, especially contractors.
  • Holding and leading emergency simulations every month so that when an actual emergency occurs, it can be anticipated.
  • Holding briefings and instructions every day.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong knowledge of SHE/HSE/EHS regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess potential risks.
  • Problem-solving skills to address SHE/HSE/EHS issues effectively.
  • Good communication in English is plus.
