Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Public Health.
  • Certified in AK3U, with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implement and monitor SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Coordinate the implementation of SHE programs, campaigns, and initiatives across geothermal sites.
  • Conduct and update risk assessments (HIRA) and hazard identification processes for geothermal operations.
  • Assist in the development of SHE Management Plans and Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
  • Report, investigate, and document incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks to identify SHE risks and ensure compliance.
  • Identify SHE training needs and coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Collect, analyze, and report SHE performance indicators, including Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR), near misses, and environmental performance metrics.
  • Prepare and submit periodic SHE performance reports to management.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with SHE requirements through audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and testing Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
  • Participate in emergency drills and ensure employee preparedness for emergencies.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
