Kualifikasi:
  • Have professional certifications in QHSE, such as: ISO 9001 (Quality Management System); ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System); ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System); NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30-Hour, or K3 certification from the Ministry of Manpower; Lean Six Sigma certification or Total Quality Management (TQM) is a plus.
  • Minimum S1 education in the field of Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Lead/Manager or equivalent in offshore oil & gas projects.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Perform audit to company facilities operations for statutory compliance and Integrated Management System requirements.
  • QHSE System Development & Implementation: Designing the company's QHSE strategy and policies in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other regulations; Ensure that the quality, occupational safety, and environmental management system is effectively implemented in all branches or business units; Review the company's work & operational procedures to ensure compliance with QHSE policies.
  • Audit, Compliance & Risk Management: Lead QHSE's internal & external audits, as well as ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards; Identify and analyze risks related to quality, safety, and the environment, as well as develop mitigation measures; Manage incident investigations, work accident reporting, and corrective/preventive actions throughout the company's units.
  • Occupational Safety & Health Management: Develop OSH programs and safe work environments to reduce the rate of occupational accidents; Overseeing waste management, the use of hazardous chemicals, and environmental monitoring in accordance with ISO 14001; Develop emergency response plans & evacuation drills to ensure preparedness in response to emergencies.
  • Training, QHSE Culture Development & Leadership: Develop QHSE training & certification programs for employees to improve understanding & implementation of QHSE systems; Lead safety, quality awareness, and environmental culture campaigns to increase worker engagement in QHSE; Coordinate with business unit leaders, operational teams, and external regulators in the implementation of QHSE policies.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiar with ISM Code, Solas, Marpol and DPA certified is an advantage as well as experience in HSE operation practiced and/or process safety.
  • Significant knowledge, skills, experience, competency and technical know- how in mitigating and managing HSE MS process and framework, as well as managing QHSE / HSE MS Performance Management System.
  • Has a competency, skill and diligent knowledge of PTW systems, JHA/ JSA and risk assessment procedures, CMMS and Safety Critical Elements (SCEs).
  • Understanding of the principles of safety management (HSE MS), hazard identification (HEMP - HAZARD EFFECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS), risk assessment and control (RAM - RISK ASSESSMENT MATRIX and RCA - ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS) and compliance to Company's Health, Safety and Environmental & Quality Management Systems.
