Kualifikasi:

Should have minimum of 5 years experience in construction, mining, and inspection project.
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Have an active Ahli K3 Umum/K3 Migas certificate.
Have a knowledge and certification in first aid area.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Design, implement, and monitor HSE programs in the workplace and Ensure that all company activities are in accordance with HSE standards and government regulations.
Carry out hazard identification, risk assessment, and implement mitigation measures to prevent incidents and Conduct regular inspections to ensure a safe work environment.
Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and provide remediation recommendations and Prepare incident reports and present them to management and authorities if necessary.
Communicate with other departments to ensure consistent HSE implementation and Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, regulators, or other stakeholders.
Preparing, managing, and maintaining HSE documentation, including SOPs, inspection reports, and training records and Prepare regular reports for management related to the company's HSE performance.
Ensure the company meets legal requirements related to health, safety, and the environment and Keeping up with the latest HSE regulations and standards.

Harus punya keterampilan:

An in-depth understanding of: K3 and environmental regulations in Indonesia. Hazard identification, risk analysis, and mitigation management. ISO-based safety and environmental management system (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Incident investigation (root cause analysis) and reporting. Management of hazardous materials.
Able to design and implement HSE policies in the company.
Skills in compiling HSE reports for internal and external, including for regulators.
Ability to train and develop HSE awareness at all levels of the organization.
Experience leading HSE internal audits and field inspections.
