Kualifikasi:
  • Have a General K3 Expert certification or other relevant K3 certification.
  • Education min. S1 all majors whose correlation is in accordance with the position being applied for.
  • Experience in the same position min. 5 - 7 years.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop, implement, and monitor occupational safety policies in accordance with local and international regulations.
  • Identify hazards, analyze risks, and develop mitigation measures to minimize work accidents.
  • Oversee the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) for high-risk work.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
  • Raising safety awareness through campaigns, simulations, and emergency training.
  • Lead investigations of incidents or work accidents, identify root causes, and propose corrective measures.
  • Conduct internal safety audits and work closely with external parties to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare regular occupational safety reports for management and regulators.
  • Manage safety-related documentation, including work procedures, work permits, and accident data.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills to handle safety incidents effectively.
  • Strong audit and inspection capabilities to identify safety hazards and non-compliance.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to guide HSE teams, promoting a culture of safety.
  • Competent in conducting assessments and evaluations, including budgeting and realization.
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with all relevant OSH regulations.
  • Able to develop programs to minimize the impact of mining accidents.
