Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) or Master's degree (S2) in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in process safety in the oil and gas industry.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Lead process safety strategies to ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and review process safety policies and procedures to ensure the best implementation in projects and operations.
  • Acting as the lead technical advisor on process safety aspects, providing strategic recommendations to management and operational teams.
  • Direct and manage the implementation of process safety studies such as HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL assessment, and QRA.
  • Lead the investigation of major incidents related to process safety, compile incident analysis reports, and design mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with various engineering, operational, and management teams in the implementation and monitoring of Process Safety Management systems.
  • Provide advanced training and mentoring for employees and contractors on process safety principles.
  • Oversee compliance with process safety standards in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of oil and gas facilities.
  • Review and approve process safety designs and improvement recommendations based on the results of audits, inspections, and risk analysis.
  • Encourage and build a strong safety culture within the organization and ensure continuous improvement in the process safety system.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • In-depth understanding and practical experience in process safety standards and regulations such as API, OSHA, NFPA, IEC 61511, as well as relevant national and international regulations.
  • Able to lead and manage process safety risk studies such as HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL, QRA, and Bowtie Analysis.
  • Able to design and review PFD (Process Flow Diagram) and P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Ability to use and validate process safety software such as PHAST, PHA-Pro, FLACS, or other related software.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail in identifying and managing safety risks.
  • Ability to provide training and mentoring to technical and operational teams related to process safety.
  • Good communication and leadership skills in managing cross-disciplinary teams and coordinating with senior management.
