Kualifikasi:
  • Min. experience 7 years in EPCI / Oil and Gas work environment as HSE Supervisor.
  • Certified AK3 Umum or AK3 Migas (have both is preferable).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a HSE SUPERVISOR (Responsible as Permit To Work CONTROLLER) at PT KARYASA INTER TEKNIK ABADI in Riau Islands, Indonesia.
  • Permit to Work (PTW) Management: Ensure the implementation and management of the PTW system in accordance with work safety standards; Review, approve, and control all work permits (hot work, confined spaces, electrical work, etc.); Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and conditions set forth in PTW.
  • Supervision and Inspection: Oversee all project activities to ensure compliance with HSE and PTW procedures; Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify potential risks and hazards; Provide direct direction to the work team regarding safety procedures during the work.
  • Risk Assessment and Investigation: Conduct risk analysis before work begins and provide recommendations for risk control; Investigate incidents/work accidents related to PTW and report the results of the investigation along with a follow-up plan.
  • Training and Socialization: Provide training to employees and contractors on PTW procedures and occupational safety practices; Coordinating simulations and socialization to improve workers' understanding of the importance of compliance with the PTW system.
  • Coordination with the Project Team: Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and other relevant parties to ensure safety requirements are met; Serves as a liaison between the work team and management in ensuring the implementation of HSE policies.
  • Preparation of Report: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to the implementation of PTW and HSE performance at the work site; Documenting violations or deviations from PTW procedures as well as corrective actions taken.
  • Safety System Upgrades: Develop and update PTW procedures in accordance with regulatory developments and project needs; Supervise the implementation of toolbox meetings and provide input to improve the safety culture on the job site.
  • High-Risk Work Process Supervision: Ensure that high-risk work, such as heavy lifting, hot work, and confined space work, is carried out safely and in accordance with applicable permits; Give final approval before work begins based on the completeness of PTW documents.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HSE procedures, Permit to Work, and OSH regulations; Expertise in supervising high-risk work such as hot work, height, confined space, and lifting; Ability to analyze risks, investigate incidents, and prepare HSE reports; Good communication and coordination skills with various parties (management, workers, and contractors); Familiar with HSE inspections, risk assessments, and safety management systems.
  • Technical Skills: Able to use software related to HSE reports and PTW management; Understanding of international safety standards (OSHA, NFPA, ISO).
