Kualifikasi:

Minimum S1 education in the fields of: K3, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management or other related fields.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field of HSE, with specific experience in compliance system management and training.
Mandatory certifications: General K3 Expert or equivalent. ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) Certificate, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) Certification, Certificate of competency in the field of training (e.g., Training for Trainers).
Additional certifications that take precedence: SMKP (Mining Safety Management System), Emergency Response Training or the like, Certification related to HSE internal audit.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and manage the K3L (Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment) Management System in accordance with government regulations and international standards (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).
Ensuring that the implementation of the SMKP (Mining Safety Management System) runs in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
Monitoring the implementation of HSE policies across mine areas, including B3 waste management, reclamation, and emergency response.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all mining activities are carried out in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
Identify risks in the workplace and develop risk mitigation strategies through HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control).
Lead the investigation of work accidents and environmental incidents, including compiling reports and recommendations for corrective action.
Prepare regular HSE performance reports to management, including safety indicators (KPIs), accident data, and achievement of environmental targets.
Design and conduct K3L training programs for employees to increase awareness and compliance with HSE standards.
Ensure that all mining activities comply with laws and regulations related to safety and the environment in Indonesia, such as the Mineral and Mineral Law, the Occupational Safety Law, and B3 waste regulations.
Lead the HSE team in the implementation of day-to-day tasks, including field surveillance, equipment inspections, and risk assessments.

An in-depth understanding of: National and international K3L regulations, HSE management system based on ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), The process of formulating K3L policies, procedures, and operational standards, Hazard identification, risk assessment, and hazard control (HIRADC) techniques.
Capabilities in: Internal and external audit of the HSE system, Preparation of HSE training materials, HSE compliance document management and reporting.
An in-depth understanding of: National and international K3L regulations, HSE management system based on ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), The process of formulating K3L policies, procedures, and operational standards, Hazard identification, risk assessment, and hazard control (HIRADC) techniques.

Able to evaluate HSE system compliance and provide remediation solutions.
Able to manage HSE training and audit schedules well.
