Kualifikasi:
- Collegiate level preferable in Health & Safety, Engineering, or technical education.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in HSE background or similar field (Mining and/or Construction).
- Hold a valid AK3 Umum Certification.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide support to HSE System Manager in providing HSE system development, implementation and improvement.
- Provide spatial data analysis using relevant software required (GIS, Power BI, Data Studio, etc) and also involve in other HSE System Program and Monitoring i.e. Leading and Lagging Indicators database, promotional function, and improving the ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO9001 implementation.
- Engage with operational sites and projects stakeholders in GIS data collection, starting from creating, compiling, analysing and evaluating spatial data which will support the GIS technical reports and data management.
- Ensure HSE System Standard & Manual are incorporated into all workplaces.
- Collect and manage spatial data required from Operational Sites and Projects.
- Develop and implement HSE System KPI’s to measure performance and improvements.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Retain knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Standard (SMK3, SMKP) applicable in Indonesia.
- Retain knowledge of ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO 9001 (preferable) and or other International standards.
- Retain knowledge in Incident and Investigation method.
- Strong analytical capability.
- Strong communication, external - internal, Bahasa & English.
- Computer literacy including advance skills in Excel, Word, and other relevant Software.
