Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum S1 education in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health Engineering (K3), or related fields.
  • Have K3 & occupational safety certifications, such as: General K3 Expert (AK3U) from the Ministry of Manpower.
  • Certification Certification related to mechanical engineering (API, ASME, or mechanical reliability engineering certification) is preferred.
  • Possesses a minimum of three (3) years of experience in each position in construction of oil and gas project.
  • Experienced in Mechanical Failure Analysis (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis / FMEA), safety inspections, and industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Detail oriented, high integrity, responsible and able to work under pressure.
  • Placement: Yard, Cilegon.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Design, Installation, & Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment: Develop and supervise the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment; Ensure mechanical equipment operates in accordance with applicable safety and reliability standards; Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and risk of mechanical failure.
  • Safety Inspection & Mechanical Risk Evaluation: Conducting inspections of mechanical equipment to detect potential hazards or system failures; Compile Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HAZOP, and risk mitigation methods in mechanical systems; Participate in HSE audits and compliance with industrial safety regulations.
  • Investigation of Mechanical Failures & Safety Incidents: Analyze the root causes of mechanical failures using the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) method; Compile reports and provide improvement recommendations to improve equipment reliability; Investigate work accidents related to mechanical systems and implement corrective measures.
  • Compliance with Safety Regulations & Standards: Ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ASME, API, OSHA, ISO 45001, and national regulations; Coordinate with the HSE team and management to improve the occupational safety culture in mechanical operations; Develop safety training for technicians, operators, and workers who interact with mechanical systems.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Master the design, installation, maintenance, and inspection of mechanical equipment.
  • Understand the process of investigating mechanical failures (RCFA - Root Cause Failure Analysis) and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Understand the management of occupational safety risks in mechanical and heavy industrial environments.
  • Understand the hazard and mechanical risk analysis (HIRA, HAZOP, JSA) to ensure operational safety.
  • Have good communication skills to coordinate with engineering, HSE, and operational teams.
  • Able to conduct safety inspections, technical audits, and provide improvement recommendations.
