Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education for D3/S1 Engineering graduates (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in the field of HSE or PTW system management, especially in the oil and gas, construction, or mining sectors.
  • Additional certifications in occupational safety such as General AK3, ISO 45001, or OHSAS 18001 are a plus.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Compile, issue, and manage Permit to Work (PTW) documents for various work activities.
  • Coordinate with HSE operational teams, supervisors, and personnel to ensure understanding and compliance with PTW.
  • Identify potential hazards associated with specific jobs, such as work in confined spaces, hot jobs, or jobs at height.
  • Provide briefings to workers regarding PTW procedures and specific hazards before work begins.
  • Conduct internal audits of the implementation of the PTW system to ensure compliance.
  • Create daily, weekly, or monthly reports related to PTW activities and safety compliance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • In-Depth Knowledge: PTW procedures and their implementation, OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) Regulations as per local and international laws, Workplace hazards such as work at height, confined spaces, electricity, or chemicals.
  • Administrative Skills: Management of PTW documentation, including archiving and distribution of permits, Compiling PTW reports and recapping the use of work permits.
  • Communication Skills: Coordinating with various parties, including the operational team, HSE, and work supervisors, Providing briefings related to PTW and occupational hazards.
