Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor.
- Must have an active Ministry of Agriculture General AK3 Certification, ISO 9001-2015 Awareness and Internal Auditor, and ISO 45001-2018.
- Having other Management System Certifications and Training of Trainers is an added value.
- Experience in building and implementing ISO 9001 and 45001 Systems.
- Experienced in developing programs and providing K3L quality training.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and ensure the effective implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Develop and conduct Quality and K3L (Health, Safety, and Environment) training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Quality and K3L regulations and monitor their implementation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Understand the applicable Quality and K3L regulations and the implementation of their fulfillment.
- Analytical, systematic, well organized, attention to detail, proactive, communicative, able to work well together, have good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Have good English both Oral and Written.
- Smooth use of Ms Office and Canva Minimal.
