Kualifikasi:
  • D3/S1 Environment/ Forestry/ Mining or other related fields.
  • Have driver's license (SIM A).
  • Placement at Site Muara Enim.
  • Has certification of POP, General AK3, TOT, and Minerba SMKP Auditor.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Overseeing the Implementation of the Occupational Safety & Health System (K3): Ensuring mine operations comply with the SMKP (Mining Safety Management System) and ISO 45001 standards; Oversee the implementation of Critical Risk Management (CRM) and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS).
  • Conducting OSH Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular safety inspections in the mine area, including heavy equipment, PPE, and evacuation routes; Prepare inspection reports and provide recommendations for improvements to potential hazards.
  • Guiding & Training Mining Workers in K3: Providing training on occupational safety, the use of PPE, safe work procedures, and P3K; Educating workers about occupational diseases and their prevention.
  • Coordination with Management & External Parties: Communicate with the mine operations team regarding occupational safety and health measures; Coordinate with regulators such as the Energy and Mineral Resources Office and the Ministry of Manpower in reporting K3.
  • Incident Investigation & Accident Risk Mitigation: Investigate work accidents and compile Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports; Develop work accident prevention programs and corrective actions.
  • Supervision of Occupational Health Aspects in the Mine: Supervise the health condition of mine workers, including workplace cleanliness and ergonomic factors; Coordinate with the mine medical team to handle cases of occupational diseases.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Able to create mining safety work programs and conduct training.
  • Able to implement Minerba SMKP.
  • Have knowledge of safety aspects, inspections & patrols, investigation techniques, and emergency situations.
