Kualifikasi:
  • Candidates should have experience in EPC/EPCI Oil and Gas projects, specifically with FEED/Detailed Engineering experience in Offshore Projects from renowned EPC contractors.
  • Education & Certifications: Minimum S1 in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Industrial Engineering; General K3 Expert Certification (AK3U) from the Ministry of Manpower is mandatory; NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred; BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) and HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) certifications are mandatory for offshore projects; Additional certifications such as H2S Safety, Fire Fighting, and First Aid are a plus.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the field of HSE in the oil and gas industry (offshore), offshore construction (EPC), or oil and gas platform operations; Experienced in offshore safety management, hazard identification (HAZID), risk assessment (HIRA), and emergency response planning.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Offshore Safety Management Implementation: Ensure the implementation of ISO 45001, IMO, OGP, and other offshore HSE regulations at the project site; Develop and implement Permit to Work (PTW), Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) systems in offshore environments; Supervising the implementation of occupational safety in drilling, well intervention, and subsea construction areas.
  • Offshore HSE Safety Inspections & Audits: Conduct routine inspections of rigs, decks, derricks, and oil & gas processing systems on offshore platforms; Ensure compliance with PPE application procedures, toxic gas (H2S) control, and fire or explosion hazard prevention; Carry out internal & external HSE audits, including inspections of support vessels and offshore equipment.
  • Hazard Identification & Offshore Risk Management: Conduct HAZID (Hazard Identification), HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), and HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) for offshore operations; Develop Critical Risk Management (CRM) to prevent work accidents in high-risk environments.
  • Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate incidents of work accidents, gas leaks, or hazardous events on offshore platforms; Develop corrective and preventive measures to improve safety standards on rigs/platforms.
  • Emergency Response Training & Readiness: Organizing evacuation drills, fire & explosion drills, as well as training on the use of offshore safety equipment; Coordinate with medical and emergency response teams in simulating the rescue of crew members or rig workers.
  • Coordination with Related Parties: Communicating with regulators (ESDM, SKK Migas), project owners, and operational teams related to HSE policies and implementation; Compile safety reports and ensure projects comply with international standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Skills & Competencies: In-depth understanding of ISO 45001-based K3 management systems, Permit to Work (PTW), and Simops (Simultaneous Operations) in offshore projects; Able to conduct safety inspections on rigs/platforms, HSE audits, and preparation of compliance reports with international regulations; Experienced in the management of H2S (hydrogen sulfide), confined space entry, and fire & explosion risk assessment in offshore environments; Able to analyze incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and prepare improvement recommendations; Understand offshore work safety regulations such as IMO (International Maritime Organization), IOGP (International Association of Oil & Gas Producers), and regulations of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia; Communication and coordination skills with operational teams, regulators, and EPC contractors in offshore projects.
