Kualifikasi:
  • Preferred exp in handling SHE matter in shipyard or Oil & Gas company.
  • Prefer to have managerial exp at least 5+ years.
  • Exp handling large number of team member (around 50 personnel).
  • Bachelor/Master Degree any major, preferably from K3L, public health, environmental engineering Business Integrity, Result.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Lead and monitor the implementation of Health and Safety Management Plans, Environmental Management Plans and Emergency Response Procedures across all project to ensure target plans are achieved
  • Perform routine scheduled inspections and audits across all project to ensure safety adherence in Business Line site locations
  • Monitor and review Business Line HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government safety regulations, including dstribution of any changes and amendments, and any new legislation. Identify and propose any new HSE initiative to Business Line Operation Manager or Business Line Project Manager in order to manage and control the hazard and risk on site
  • Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the program conform to official
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • English fluent.
  • Orientation, Customer Orientation, Learning Orientation, Teamwork, Communication, Organizational Commitment, Health Safety & Environment, Leadership Capabilities.
  • Conversant with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, SMK3, Risk Management, Investigation and Audit process.
