Kualifikasi:
  • Collegiate level preferable in Health & Safety, Engineering, or technical education.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HSE background or similar field (Mining and/or Construction).
  • Hold a valid AK3 Umum Certification.
  • Attended Diklat Implementasi SMKP and Internal Auditor SMKP (preferable).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Responsible for ensuring that K3 procedures and K3 standards can be implemented in the field.
  • Coordinate with all parties so that K3 procedures and standards can run well.
  • Responsible for the reclamation process.
  • Make K3L reports according to provisions and procedures (daily, weekly & monthly reports).
  • Make a reclamation report.
  • Coordinate and carry out work accident handling and as well as other emergencies in the field (disaster).
  • Create and organize HSE training programs that will increase HSE skills and awareness.
  • Prepare HSE budgeting plans and supervise HSE budgeting.
  • Create and analyze work accident statistical data reports.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Retain knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Standard (SMK3, SMKP) applicable in Indonesia.
  • Retain knowledge of ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO 9001 (preferable) and or other International standards.
  • Retain knowledge in auditing process. Lead ISO Auditor or Internal Auditor (Preferable).
  • Retain knowledge in Occupational Health And Industrial Hygiene.
  • Retain knowledge in Incident and Investigation method.
  • Strong analytical capability.
  • Strong communication, external - internal, Bahasa & English.
  • Computer literacy including advance skills in Excel, Word, and other relevant Software.
