Kualifikasi:
  • S1 Mining/Environment/K3 or other related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years in the same position.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mining industry.
  • Auditor SMKP & SMK3.
  • Has certification of AK3, POM/POU, SMKP.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop & supervise the implementation of the HSE Management System: Develop and ensure the implementation of SMKP (Mining Safety Management System) and ISO 45001; Ensuring compliance with K3, environmental, and mining licensing regulations; Monitor the implementation of Critical Risk Management (CRM) and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) at the mine site.
  • Conduct Safety Audits, Inspections, and Evaluations: Lead internal and external HSE audits, as well as prepare regulatory compliance reports; Conduct regular inspections of mine areas, heavy equipment, facilities, and work processes; Compile work accident reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead Work Accident Investigation & Risk Mitigation: Handle work accident investigations and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA); Develop work accident prevention and operational risk control programs; Coordinate with regulators (Energy and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Environment and Forestry) regarding safety and environmental incidents.
  • Developing Training Programs & Safety Culture: Conducting K3, first aid, fire safety, and emergency response training for employees; Building a "Zero Accident" culture in mining companies; Providing direction to the HSE team in the implementation of safety and environmental programs.
  • Managing Environmental Aspects & Mining Waste Management: Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and environmental regulations; Supervising B3 waste management, mine reclamation, and emission and pollution control; Coordinate with the government and the community in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs related to the environment.
  • Coordination with Management & External Parties: Communicate with company management, operational team, and external auditors related to work safety; Coordinate with regulators (Energy and Mineral Resources Office, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and Ministry of Manpower) for mining compliance with applicable laws; Manage HSE budgets and resources to keep the program running effectively.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand occupational health and safety laws.
  • Understand ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Understand the HSE business process in the coal industry.
  • Understand the implementation of reclamation, handling and processing of B3 waste.
