Minimum D3/S1 education in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
General K3 Expert Certification.
Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a QHSE Officer.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Incident Investigation: Investigating work incidents/accidents to find the root cause;
Compile investigation reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions to prevent similar incidents.
Documentation and Reporting: Compile and maintain QHSE documentation, including inspection, investigation, and audit reports; Deliver QHSE reports regularly to management.
Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the QHSE system; Conduct QHSE data analysis to evaluate performance and determine corrective actions.
Waste and Environmental Management: Monitoring waste management in accordance with environmental regulations; Ensuring the company adheres to environmental standards to prevent pollution.
QHSE Management System Development: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality, health, occupational safety, and environment (QHSE) management system in accordance with ISO standards; Ensuring the company's compliance with regulations and standards related to QHSE.
Monitoring and Supervision: Conduct internal inspections and audits related to the implementation of QHSE in the workplace; Monitor working conditions, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and waste management to ensure a safe work environment.
Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify risks and hazards in the work area; Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control).
Emergency Response: Plays a role in the implementation of emergency response plans, including evacuation and fire simulations; Ensure employees understand emergency response procedures.

Technical Expertise: Ability to manage QHSE risks and prepare related documents, such as HSE Plan, SOP, and JSA (Job Safety Analysis); Understanding of OSH regulations and the environment, both national and international; Ability to conduct inspections, internal audits, and work accident investigations.
Skills: Good risk analysis skills; Effective communication to provide education to employees; Ability to work independently or in a team.
