Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in the oil and gas PT MEITECH EKA BINTAN industry.
  • Diploma 3 of Enviromental Health.
  • Have AK3U certificate.
  • Have TOT certificate.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Collaborate with management to gain knowledge about work situations that require employee training.
  • Create, develop, and present safety training programs as assigned, including special sessions, recertification, new employee orientation, and procedural.
  • Ensure all training records are well documented and archived properly.
  • Manage the implementation of training programs including date, time, location and duration of training.
  • Retrain employees when industry or company best practices are updated.
  • Conduct research and understanding of new training programs and materials.
  • Maintain organized training records for new and existing employees and ensure they are updated as needed.
  • Fill out and sort all documentation related to safety training.
  • Orient new employees according to their function in the grand scheme of things and established company HSE procedures.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiarity with topside and jacket fabrication processes.
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to work independently of Team Work.
  • Good Attitude, Disciplined, Responsible, & Teamwork player.
  • Familiar is responsible for: (a) OJT in accordance with K3 regulations, SOPs and standards, as well as: (b) creating training materials.
  • Able to make good K3 presentation materials.
