Kualifikasi:
- Education: Medical Doctor degree and Magister of Occupational Medicine degree or any relevant subjects.
- Has valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and Surat Ijin Praktek (SIP).
- Has valid Surat Penunjukan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Pekerja (Preferable).
- Has valid medical check-up as per company regulation.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Assure the Implementation of Occupational Health Management System in office and the field in charge.
- Develop procedure and working instruction for occupational health activity to support Company’s Health Management system.
- Develop implement and monitoring Health risk assessment activity on the site.
- Collaboration with Industrial Hygienist to develop, implement and monitoring Health Risk Assessment program.
- Develop implement and monitoring health surveillance program to minimize occupational related illness.
- Develop, implement and monitoring fitness to work, fitness for task and return to work program.
- Develop occupational health required document to support project activity.
- Conduct occupational health promotion program and liaise with Medical Coordinator for implementation.
- Support onsite doctor to implement occupational health program on each facility.
- Liaise with Indonesian occupational health collegium, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Health and SKK Migas.
- Assure the Health reporting to Company’s E&P Division.
- Collaboration with field manager and project manager to implementing the OH program on the site.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good communication, Problem solving, Planning target control, Decision making, Teamworking.
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
